Craig Willits founded Willits Copiers in 1994 after 16 years as a service technician for Monroe Systems for Business. In 1995, Willits Copiers opened a storefront location at 200 East Main Street in Lock Haven, where they obtained a Copystar dealership, selling new personal desktop and low-volume copiers. In 1996, Willits Copiers became an authorized Copystar dealership, selling a full line of business copiers. The business doubled each year in growth over a four year period, and incorporated in 1998.

As a business founded by a service technician, Willits Copiers is a very service-oriented business. In addition to servicing copying & fax machines, Willits Copiers also provides service for most laser printers.

Willits Copiers currently offers authorized sales & service for Copystar digital copiers, Kyocera fax machines, Kyocera ECOSYS laser printers, Sharp small office/home office digital copier/printers, Samsung fax machines, Konica Minolta color copiers and Konica Minolta/QMS color laser printers. Additionally, Willits Copiers offers a full line of office equipment, including Monroe desktop calculators, folding machines and more.
